From Reddit, a dog owner posted his doggie practising yoga. He is slouched and chested. That is definitely a stretching posture that you can see from the yoga studio.
What is DOGA, or Dog Yoga?
It is a type of activity that is designed to improve the coordination between humans and dogs. Some of the dog yoga postures will lift and hug the dog, some you’ll get stopped by the dog, or simply stretching with them. This needs professional guidance, as it’s easy to hurt the dog (or yourself).
DOGA Posture
God of Dog(Difficulty:★★)
This posture is more basic, the left foot is half-lengthened and the right foot is stretched, and then you will lift your dog up, just like you are looking at God from the sky.
Riding Cow(Difficulty:★★★)

Kneel down, flatten your back, raise your left hand. The difficulty of this posture is to ask the dog to stay on your back.
Bridge(Difficulty:★★★★★)

The arch bridge itself has already been difficult, and it is even harder that you need to be stable so that your dog can safely stay on your belly.
Is dog yoga good?
Experts say it can increase the understanding between the dog and the owner, and it will make the dog healthier and live longer! The reason is that when the two perform “human and dog integration”, the dog will reduce the feeling of tension and blood pressure, and they will be more relaxed! I guess it’s not only healthy for dogs, but it would also similarly benefit for the human.
